FAQ
Healing Session
Energy healing sessions focus on spiritual healing, addressing traumas, life blockages, past-life memories, transgenerational issues, and limiting beliefs. These challenges can manifest as stress, anxiety, memory issues, migraines, nightmares, autoimmune disorders, addictions, self-harm, destructive behaviors (such as extreme sports or risky actions), and a general feeling of being lost, sad, or isolated. They stem from a misalignment between your body, heart, mind, and spirit, often caused by negative memories lingering in your cells after difficult experiences. When your soul is ready to heal, it communicates through physical signs like depression, burnout, or illness, signaling that it’s time to care for yourself and heal. While energy healing complements medical treatment, it should not replace consultations with doctors, psychologists, or psychiatrists. It can, however, work alongside your medical care.
All my healings are conducted remotely. Before starting the one-hour session, I’ll call you to discuss your expectations. Then, you’ll lie down in a quiet space, set your phone to flight mode, and relax. I suggest setting an alarm in case you fall asleep. Keep pets out of the room to avoid interference, and ask those around you to respect your need for undisturbed time. The healing lasts around 30 minutes. Afterward, I’ll call to share the insights and messages received during the session. Be sure to hydrate afterward, take notes, and allow time to reflect. I recommend avoiding alcohol on the day of your session.
The number of sessions depends on the depth of the issue you’re addressing and how far you want to go. Healing is a gradual process, like peeling an onion. Sometimes, one session is enough; other times, a few are needed. For those seeking fast growth in their spiritual journey, I suggest one to two sessions per month.
Most people feel deep relaxation, with many falling asleep. However, in some cases, individuals may experience visions, colors, scents, chills, or warmth as energy shifts in the body.
Yes, energy healing is completely safe. It helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, dissolve fears, and release blockages for better alignment.
Everyone can benefit, as we are all spiritual beings. For minors, parental consent is required.
Yes, it’s safe for children, even very young ones. For older children, I recommend asking for their consent and respecting their decision. Children are naturally connected, especially before the age of seven, and newer generations are becoming more spiritually aware.
Energy knows no boundaries. During healings, I work across dimensions, connecting with you through intention. I’ve successfully worked with people worldwide.
There’s nothing specific to prepare. However, you may want to write down any questions or set an intention, such as: “This session is for my highest good, and I am protected.”
After your healing, rest in a calm environment. Avoid booking sessions if you plan to attend an event like a concert or club afterward. Drink plenty of water the day after the session to help flush out any cellular memories that have been cleared. Avoid alcohol for a few days to ensure the best results.
While completely safe, you may experience temporary effects such as nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, or a desire for solitude. Specific dreams or memories may resurface as part of the cleansing process, especially if the energies or traumas have been deeply embedded. These symptoms are a sign that healing is taking place.
Yes, animals can benefit from remote energy healing. I’ve had success with sessions for cats and dogs, and I simply need a picture of the animal to begin.
If you’re facing challenges, blockages, or if you want to continue evolving as a spiritual being, energy healing can help. Many clients return throughout the year for ongoing growth and to navigate life’s difficulties with greater peace and strength.
No, I do not recommend this. It’s important to respect others’ free will. While you may want to help a loved one, healing without their consent can lead to negative karma.
Yes. If someone is dealing with psychiatric issues, I may not be the right person to help. They should consult a psychiatrist or pursue other forms of therapy. Additionally, for any physical ailment, I will ask if you’ve already sought medical advice and undergone appropriate checkups.
Tarot Cards
A tarot reading is a way to gain insight into your life, challenges, and opportunities. The cards reflect your current energies and can offer guidance for making informed decisions. They won’t dictate your future but help you better understand the path you’re on.
You don’t need to prepare anything special, but it can be helpful to reflect on areas of your life where you’d like guidance. You can come with specific questions, but it’s also okay to be open to whatever message the cards reveal.
Tarot doesn’t predict the future in a fixed way. Instead, it shows possible outcomes based on current energies and choices. You always have free will, and the reading helps illuminate paths you might take, giving you more control over your decisions.
Both specific and open-ended questions work well in tarot. If you’re looking for detailed guidance, specific questions help. However, broader questions about life, direction, or feelings can also provide deep insights. Try to avoid yes/no questions, as tarot is more about exploration.
Tarot reflects possibilities and current influences, not final outcomes. If the reading brings up something uncomfortable, it’s an opportunity to make changes or adjust your approach. Think of it as guidance for growth rather than a set prediction.
Sessions can vary in length. A typical reading lasts around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the depth of the reading and how many questions you have. Some shorter sessions focus on one key issue, while longer sessions allow for deeper exploration of multiple topics.
Yes, tarot can offer clarity on specific issues by providing a new perspective or revealing underlying influences. Whether it’s about love, career, or personal growth, the cards can help you understand your situation better and suggest actions or approaches to consider.
There’s no set rule, but many people find it helpful to have a reading when facing major decisions or changes. Some prefer regular readings (monthly or quarterly), while others seek guidance only when they feel uncertain or need clarity on a particular matter.
You don’t need to have a strong belief in tarot for the reading to be beneficial. Tarot is a tool for self-reflection and insight. Even if you’re skeptical, you might still find value in the perspectives it offers. The key is to approach it with an open mind.
Tarot isn’t meant to scare or overwhelm you. The cards reflect what’s happening in your life, but they’re not likely to reveal anything you’re not ready to hear. Instead, they offer guidance on how to navigate situations and make empowered choices, even in challenging times.
