My Spiritual Journey

Hello, I am Sayaka, and I am 42 years old, with Japanese heritage from my mother and Belgian from my father. I am the eldest of four siblings.

As the child of expats, I spent my formative years living in various parts of Asia and Africa until I turned 18. Growing up in countries such as Egypt, Burundi, Thailand, Japan, Tunisia, and Mali shaped my understanding of the world and taught me to appreciate different cultures, traditions, and religions. These experiences, particularly during my childhood, fostered an open-minded perspective. Moving frequently made me adaptable and flexible, and allowed me to form friendships with people from diverse backgrounds. I also developed a deep appreciation for different cuisines, languages, and the beauty of each country I lived in.

At home, I was exposed to multiple languages. My parents communicated in English, while my father spoke French and Japanese, and my mother spoke Japanese to us. At 11 years old, I transitioned from a Japanese school in Tokyo, where I spoke only Japanese, to a French school in Tunis. My limited knowledge of French made the adjustment challenging, as all subjects were taught in French. This experience developed my natural empathy for others facing difficulties, particularly language barriers.

I vividly remember my first year in the French school in Tunis. The sheer size of the campus triggered anxiety, as I constantly worried about finding the right classroom and arriving on time. My strict Japanese educational upbringing made punctuality feel like a critical matter, and being late seemed like the ultimate humiliation. Overwhelmed and stressed, I would silently call upon my deceased great-grandmother, whom I dearly loved, asking for her guidance to help me find my way. Remarkably, I never once arrived late during those two and a half years. Unknowingly, I had opened a connection with the spiritual world, learning that help is always available when we are in deep despair.

As I grew older and more confident, I gradually lost this connection to the spiritual realm and became grounded in a more rational lifestyle. I pursued studies in marketing and finance and eventually ran my own successful beauty business for many years.

My mother, a Buddhist, would often speak of nature spirits, spirits of the deceased, and share her own supernatural experiences. As a child, these stories frightened me, and I remember praying never to encounter such things myself. The only spiritual connection I welcomed was communicating with my great-grandmother during my time in Tunisia, as I knew and loved her.

My spiritual awakening, or reawakening, occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many others, I experienced a difficult and traumatic period, which I now understand can often trigger spiritual awakenings. There were reports of many people undergoing spiritual awakenings during that time.

I began to experience visions of deceased family members, a childhood friend who had passed, and even black angels. I found that I could meditate and travel to places in my mind, accurately describing them based on a single word provided by a friend who had been there. Synchronicities, repeated mirror hours, and spontaneous conversations with strangers began to increase. At first, I wondered if I might have psychiatric issues, despite feeling deeply connected and at peace. To better understand these unusual phenomena, I immersed myself in reading about similar experiences and found comfort in the testimonies of others. It was a relief to finally put names to these occurrences and understand that they were part of what we call extrasensory perception.

Through practice, I learned to master these extrasensory abilities and realized that, rather than fearing them, they could become powerful allies. I explored various therapies, such as brief therapy, behavioral therapy, and dream analysis. I also sought guidance from esoteric masters in fields such as tarot reading, coffee reading, and astrology, as well as healing therapists skilled in family constellations, magnetism, and kinesiology. Eventually, I took an energy healing course with my healer after requesting personal training. After several months of study, I began practicing on friends and family, and through word of mouth, I was able to practice for two years, refining my ability to channel information and honing my skills.

The truth is, we are all spiritual beings living in physical bodies. Our extrasensory abilities often lie dormant simply because we haven’t learned to access them. However, they are available to all of us. Each person’s spiritual evolution is unique, and it is up to us whether or not we choose to walk this path.

I am here to guide you in understanding these tools and help you develop them, so you can live a more connected and aligned life. There is so much to explore—let’s embark on this journey together!
